DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the customers within 3-5 working days from the submission of the order and the confirmation that the product is available.
In exceptional cases, the delivery of the product may take longer.
The products are delivered through a courier company with which our company cooperates. The customer does not have the option of choosing the delivery method or the courier company.
The courier companies we work with have a tracking system for the shipments. For each shipment, a specific tracking number is given. This number is sent to the customer's mobile phone and e-mail, and our customer will be able to be informed about the progress of the shipment of the product. The customer can enter the number in question in the relevant API application that is integrated on our website and will be immediately informed about the progress of the shipment of the order.
Our company is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products unless it is due to its fraud or gross negligence and for reasons of force majeure.
ORDER CANCELLATION
